Job summary

Capgemini Engineering, a world leader in engineering services, is seeking a Mule Engineer to join onsite in Auburn Hills, MI. You will develop vehicle network diagrams, ECU integration, electrical schematics, and BOMs for automotive prototype vehicles, while supporting integration tasks and prototype builds.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience reading network diagrams and wiring documentation, with knowledge of Teamcenter PLM, CANoe/CANalyzer, and UDS diagnostics.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience reading and developing vehicle network diagrams, electrical schematics, wiring documentation, and bills of materials.
• Working knowledge of ECU integration, gateway systems, wiring harnesses, and automotive networks.
• Experience supporting prototype vehicle builds and troubleshooting electrical/electronic issues.
• Working knowledge of Teamcenter or a comparable PLM system for design and BOM data.
• Ability to prepare documentation and execute integration tasks with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop vehicle network diagrams and gateway requirements.
• Support ECU integration for prototype vehicles.
• Create electrical schematics, wiring solutions, and bills of materials.
• Prepare MOV instructions and manage iSpeed activities.
• Conduct packaging reviews and support prototype builds.
• Troubleshoot prototype electrical and electronic issues.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, participate in reviews, and report status.
