Job summary

Caliber Auto Glass is seeking a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to replace automotive glass, perform repairs, and conduct pre/post inspections with customers. You will document repair orders on a mobile device and remove/install interior parts without damage while prioritizing daily tasks.

The role offers up to $34.00 per hour, weekly pay with overtime eligibility, and benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision).

Qualifications

• Ability to perform glass replacement and repairs to a high standard.
• Ability to complete pre- and post-inspections with customers.
• Ability to document repair orders on a mobile device.
• Capable of removing/installing trim panels and interior parts without damage.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Auto Glass has an immediate job opening for a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to: Replacement of automotive glass by following quality standards and ability to perform repairs on damaged glass, complete a pre and post inspection with customer, may utilize various tools and scanning equipment, complete documentation of repair orders on mobile device, ability to remove and install trim panels & interior parts without damaging, effectively prioritize and manage your time to complete assigned daily tasks.

OUR MOBILE AUTO GLASS TECHNICIANS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:

REQUIREMENTS

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy

• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks

• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWNLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
