Job summary

Caliber Auto Glass is hiring a Mobile Auto Glass Technician in the Charlotte area. You will perform glass replacement and occasional repairs, conduct customer pre/post inspections, and document orders on a mobile device.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Nice to have: collision experience or collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Replace automotive glass following quality standards and perform repairs as needed.
• Complete a pre- and post-inspection with the customer.
• Utilize tools and mobile devices to document repair orders.
• Remove and reinstall trim panels and interior parts without damage.
• Prioritize and manage daily tasks in a mobile/production setting.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Auto Glass has an immediate job opening for a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to: Replacement of automotive glass by following quality standards and ability to perform repairs on damaged glass, complete a pre and post inspection with customer, may utilize various tools and scanning equipment, complete documentation of repair orders on mobile device, ability to remove and install trim panels & interior parts without damaging, effectively prioritize and manage your time to complete assigned daily tasks.

OUR MOBILE AUTO GLASS TECHNICIANS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:

• Up to $34.00 per hour.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy

• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks

• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWNLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment
