Job summary

Caliber Auto Glass in Charlotte is hiring a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to replace automotive glass, perform repairs, and complete pre- and post-inspections with customers. You will document repair orders on a mobile device and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced shop environment.

This role offers competitive pay up to $34 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits from day one, with opportunities for overtime, training (I-CAR and ASE), and career growth within Caliber.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Auto Glass has an immediate job opening for a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to: Replacement of automotive glass by following quality standards and ability to perform repairs on damaged glass, complete a pre and post inspection with customer, may utilize various tools and scanning equipment, complete documentation of repair orders on mobile device, ability to remove and install trim panels & interior parts without damaging , effectively prioritize and manage your time to complete assigned daily tasks. OUR MOBILE AUTO GLASS TECHNICIANS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO: Up to $34.00 per hour.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment
