Job summary

Caliber Auto Glass in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to perform all-purpose duties including replacement of automotive glass, repairs, and related service in a fast-paced environment. You will do pre- and post-inspections with customers, document repair orders on a mobile device, and handle trim removal without damage while prioritizing daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid drivers license and eligibility for Caliber's insurance coverage.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Replace automotive glass per quality standards and perform repairs as needed.
• Complete pre- and post-inspections with customers.
• Document repair orders on a mobile device.
• Remove/install trim panels and interior parts without damage.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Auto Glass has an immediate job opening for a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to: Replacement of automotive glass by following quality standards and ability to perform repairs on damaged glass, complete a pre and post inspection with customer, may utilize various tools and scanning equipment, complete documentation of repair orders on mobile device, ability to remove and install trim panels & interior parts without damaging, effectively prioritize and manage your time to complete assigned daily tasks.

OUR MOBILE AUTO GLASS TECHNICIANS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:

• Up to $34.00 per hour.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy

• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks

• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWNLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment
