Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform various duties, including but not limited to: applying technical knowledge to assist customers, answering inbound and outbound calls supporting the Autel scanning unit, addressing technical questions related to vehicle scanning procedures, and conducting research to understand, explain, and resolve vehicle technology issues.

Compensation

Our mobile diagnostic technicians can earn up to:

• $29 to $33 per flag hour

Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior experience as a Diagnostic Technician; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools for the job
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks

Skills and Abilities

• Minimum age of 21+
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
• Excellent customer service skills for internal and external clients
