Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform various duties, including but not limited to applying technical knowledge to assist customers, supporting Autel scanning units via phone, answering technical questions related to vehicle diagnostics, and conducting research to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Diagnostic Technician; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain the proper tools for the job
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge

• Minimum age of 21+
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Provide friendly and personable customer service to internal and external clients
