Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor is seeking a strategic marketer for its Automotive memory business in San Jose. You will analyze automotive memory markets, shape pricing strategies, and coordinate with Sales, FAEs, and HQ to drive growth.

The role requires 3–6 years in strategic planning or product marketing, with strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and a willingness to travel ~5% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years in strategic planning or product marketing.
Deep understanding of semiconductor memory or automotive industries.
Strong verbal and written communication, with presentation skills.
Advanced analytical ability to interpret complex financial, technical, and marketing data.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to create clear presentations.
Willingness to travel ~5% domestically/internationally.
Korean language/cultural familiarity is a plus.
Experience with AI analytics tools for data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Perform market analysis to track automotive memory trends and opportunities.
Develop and manage pricing/allocation strategies to optimize supply and growth.
Lead customer projects from RFI/RFQ to mass production with strategic pricing.
Conduct deep competitive analysis to support product positioning and sales enablement.
Review analyst reports and model TAM/SAM and market share.
