Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Clinton, MS is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform undercar repairs including brakes, suspensions, oil changes, and tire mounting/balancing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair and maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Extensive toolbox of personal tools required.
• Preferred: state inspection licenses and ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and perform undercar repairs (brakes, struts, shocks).
• Complete state-mmandated inspections and routine maintenance (oil changes, fluids).
• Check fluids, replace worn parts and balance tires.
• Dismounting/mounting/rotating tires and related tasks.
