Job Title: Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay Range: $16.00 - $22.00/hour guaranteed, with flat rate between $26 - $32 based on experience.

As an Automotive Technician, you will perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of guest vehicles. You will undergo comprehensive training from day one to prepare for your role and future growth. Your responsibilities include delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring vehicle safety, and working collaboratively with your team.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
• Obtain guest approval for work after diagnosis and maintain a clean work area.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs.
• Test drive vehicles and safely use shop trucks for inventory pick-up.
• Collaborate and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in the tool purchase program.
• Ability to work overhead, stand long hours, and lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset.
• Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in A1-A8.
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License.
• Technical school certificate/degree.
