Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic/Technician to join our team. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues, while delivering quality service and exceptional customer hospitality.

This full-time, day-shift position in Houston offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth. ASE certifications are preferred but not required; a valid driver's license and your own basic tools are needed.

• Previous automotive repair experience is required.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues.
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling system, electrical, and engine repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance services and vehicle inspections.
• Accurately identify safety concerns and recommended maintenance.
• Document inspection findings, repairs, and recommendations clearly.
• Communicate vehicle concerns and repair needs to the service advisor.
• Complete repairs correctly and within an appropriate timeframe.
• Perform quality-control inspections before returning vehicles to customers.
• Properly use and maintain shop tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow all company procedures and safety standards.
• Treat customers, coworkers, and customer vehicles with care and respect.
• Help provide a professional and welcoming customer experience.

Precision Tune Auto Care is looking for an experienced and dependable Automotive Mechanic/Technician to join our team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in performing quality repairs, works well with others, and understands the importance of providing outstanding customer hospitality.

Pay: $17.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift — closed Sundays

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues

• Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling system, electrical, and engine repairs

• Complete preventive maintenance services and vehicle inspections
