Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking an Automotive Mechanic/Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll mentor teammates, keep your work area safe, and stay up to date on the latest automotive technologies.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of automotive repair or mechanical experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair systems including brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, electrical, cooling, suspension, and alignment.
• Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire services, etc.).
• Explain repair needs and technical information to customers and teammates.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new vehicle technologies.
• Support fellow technicians with complex repairs and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow all company, safety, and environmental procedures.

Position Summary

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. without assistance

• Enter and retrieve data from a computer system
