Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay: $17.00 - $38 per hour. Pay depends on experience and certifications. Additional incentives are available.

As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain guest vehicles, starting with comprehensive training. You will work as part of a team to deliver excellent guest experiences, ensuring vehicles are safe and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
• Obtain guest approval before performing work, maintain a clean work area.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs.
• Test drive vehicles and use shop resources responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members and provide leadership to junior technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Ability to work overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Maintain Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate/degree
