Job Title: Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Compensation: The pay range for this position is between $16.00 and $22.00 per hour guaranteed based on experience, with a flat rate between $30 and $40.

Job Overview: Responsible for the efficient diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of guest vehicles. This role offers a comprehensive technician training program from day one, covering all aspects of the role and preparing you for advancement. As an Automotive Technician at Monro, you will be a vital team member performing repair services, working collaboratively to deliver 5-star guest experiences, and ensuring customer safety and vehicle reliability.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
2. Obtain guest approval before performing work based on diagnosis; maintain a clean and organized work area.
3. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
4. Test drive guest vehicles and safely operate shop trucks for inventory pickup as needed.
5. Collaborate with team members and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.
