Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay: $26 - $40 per hour. Pay varies based on experience and certifications. Additional incentives may apply. Starting day 1, you'll participate in comprehensive training covering all aspects of your role, preparing you for advancement. As a team member, you'll perform repairs on guest vehicles, contributing to a 5-star guest experience by ensuring safe, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
• Obtain guest approval for work based on diagnostics; maintain a clean work area.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform repairs and maintenance.
• Test drive vehicles and use shop equipment safely.
• Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate/degree
