Position: Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 hourly guarantee, $25.00 - $35.00 flat rate, depending on experience.

The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, with comprehensive training from day one. You will perform repairs, ensure customer approval, and deliver excellent guest experiences as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs
• Secure customer approval post-diagnosis and maintain a clean work area
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs
• Test drive vehicles and use shop truck safely for inventory pickup
• Collaborate and lead General Service Technicians

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver License
• Own a basic set of tools or participate in the tool purchase program
• Ability to work overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Customer and team-focused mindset
• Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in A1-A8
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate/degree
