Job summary

Power On Auto, LLC in Monroe, NC is seeking a full-time mechanic to perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete repairs on a variety of vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.

You will conduct inspections, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems, document work, and collaborate with sales and service teams to prioritize repairs while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. ASE certifications and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repair across a range of vehicles.
• Preventive maintenance to identify issues before major repairs.
• Troubleshooting to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.
• Experience with heavy equipment or similar automotive systems, where applicable.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and reading service manuals.
• ASE certifications and a clean driving record are a plus.
