Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support Mall Operations Director and Facilities Engineer. The role focuses on facility projects, repairing equipment and maintaining forklifts, golf carts, and other tools. Starting salary is $25.00 per hour.

Primary duties include interpreting manuals, preparing reports, and coordinating with senior management and vendors. Must handle physical demands and safety considerations in outdoor environments.

Job Details: Job Location: Fremont Street Experience - LAS VEGAS, NV, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: Not Specified, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Facilities, SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting the Director of Mall Operations and Facilities Engineer with facility projects, repairing company equipment. Must have knowledge in forklift and golf cart repair maintenance. Starting Salary is $25.00 an Hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and mechanical guides.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information to and respond to questions from senior management, vendors, guests, customers and other employees of the company and the general public.
• Ability to exercise good logical judgment in problem solving and decision making.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

• 2 BUBBLE BUDDIES
• 4 LIFTS
• 2 FORKLIFTS
• 2 COMPANY TRUCKS
• 3 POWER WASHERS
• 1 EMERGENCY GENERATOR
• MISCELLANEOUS GAS POWER TOOLS

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of forklift, golf carts, small equipment and heavy equipment systems.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good communication skills
