Job summary

Pomp's Tire Service is seeking an Automotive Mechanic to perform auto and light truck services and keep vehicles rolling safely. The role includes oil changes, tire work, brake and suspension services, and diagnosing vehicle concerns in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Diesel mechanical knowledge/experience required.
• Passenger automotive knowledge/experience required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, tire tools, alignment machines, air wrench and other essential tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct oil changes, tire alignments, brake and shock replacements, and other essential mechanic services
• Install, maintain, and replace tires as needed
• Ensure proper maintenance and care of tools and equipment
• Diagnose customer concerns and inspect vehicles for potential issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Additional tasks as assigned by manager

What You'll Do:
