Automania in Austell, GA is seeking an experienced automotive technician to join our team. This full-time role offers a 5-day work week, guaranteed hours, and overtime opportunities in a busy shop.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, perform routine maintenance, and work with a range of makes and models using modern diagnostic tools. We value pride in craftsmanship and timely, safe repairs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of automotive repair experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Knowledge of brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, A/C, and engine repairs.
• Able to perform routine maintenance and general vehicle repairs.
• Able to use diagnostic scanners and equipment.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical and electrical problems.
• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs.
• Complete maintenance and reconditioning work on inventory vehicles.
• Diagnose check-engine lights and other warning-light concerns.
• Determine parts and labor required for repairs.
• Communicate repair needs and findings with management.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Automania is looking for anexperienced, dependable Automotive Technician / Mechanicto join our team.

We offer a5-day work week, guaranteed hours, steady work, and overtime opportunities with an established automotive company that has been in business for more than20 years.

We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, can accurately diagnose problems, and completes repairs correctly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum2–3 years of automotive repair experience
• Experience diagnosing and repairingmechanical and electrical issues
• Knowledge ofbrakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, A/C, and engine repairs
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and general vehicle repairs
• Ability to use professionaldiagnostic scanners and equipment
• Ability to diagnosecheck-engine lights and other vehicle warning lights
• Experience working on a variety of makes and models
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have your own basic mechanic tools
• Reliable, responsible, and able to complete repairs in a timely manner
• Valid driver's license preferred

Preferred Experience

• Dealership or independent repair shop experience
• Experience withused vehicles and automotive reconditioning
• ASE certification is a plus, butnot required
