Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Recent experience in an Automotive Manufacturing plant.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate to a diverse audience (customers, suppliers, employees).
• Results oriented with broad supply chain management knowledge.
• Strong ERP knowledge and PC software skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time shipment of finished goods and manage inventory levels.
• Coordinate purchasing, distributing raw materials, equipment and supplies.
• Develop and implement purchasing and production scheduling procedures.
• Analyze market conditions to ensure material availability and supplier performance.
• Maintain bill of materials and support manufacturing system data.
• Improve supplier delivery timeliness and costs while maintaining materials flow.
