The Napleton Orlando VW dealership is hiring an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards in a busy, climate-controlled shop. Enjoy top flat-rate hours, a sign-on bonus up to $6,000, and opportunities for 40–80 hours per week for master level technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Master Technician.
• Master Level Certification required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, HVAC and electronics.
• Explain technical repairs clearly to customers and teammates.
• Continuously update skills through training to stay current with automotive tech.
• Maintain an organized service bay and keep management informed of repair issues.

The EdNapleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Master Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.

Located at Volkswagen of Orlando, the Master Technician is responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Master Technician required.
• Must have proven track record
• Master Level Certification
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
