Job summary

Napleton Nissan in Orlando seeks an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to dealer and factory standards. This role offers a busy shop, top flat-rate pay, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include diagnosing brake/hydraulic, electrical, suspension, A/C, and engine systems; communicating repairs clearly; and pursuing ongoing training and certifications. Flexible shifts and sign-on bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician required.
• Master Level Certification
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequately explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals such as employees and customers.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay and keep management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician required.
• Must have proven track record
• Master Level Certification
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
