Job summary

Tempe Auto Group in Tempe, AZ is seeking a seasoned Automotive Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations, advertising strategy, and brand growth. You will manage budgets, campaigns, and OEM programs to drive showroom traffic and retail sales.

The ideal candidate has hands-on OEM marketing experience, a track record of ROI-driven campaigns, and the ability to collaborate with dealership leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of professional marketing experience in automotive dealership marketing.
• Hands-on experience with OEM manufacturer advertising requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social, and attribution.
• Experience with analytics, tracking, and campaign performance measurement.
• Ability to manage advertising budgets, agencies, and partners.
• Understanding of dealership marketing platforms and CRM basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and annual marketing strategies to increase showroom traffic and vehicle sales.
• Establish measurable goals aligned with sales objectives.
• Create targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and appointments.
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to improve lead generation and conversion performance.
• Track ROI with metrics like cost per lead and cost per sale.
• Oversee multi-channel advertising across digital, print, broadcast, and outdoor media.
• Directly supervise Marketing Content Creator.
• Present performance reports and recommendations to dealership leadership.
• Ensure OEM guidelines, compliance, and co-op programs are followed.
