Job summary

CAMACO LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize cost-effective manufacturing processes in line with product specs and quality standards. The role includes time studies, lean projects, and coordinating engineering changes for new and revised products.

You will implement plant layouts, robot-based setups, FMEA, and KPIs while ensuring safety, productivity, and downtime reduction. Strong problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct time and method studies to establish time standards.
  • Provide industrial engineering support using lean manufacturing and Kaizen.
  • Coordinate engineering changes and manufacturing launches for new/revised products.
  • Develop plant layouts, work instructions, and process flows while ensuring safety and quality.
  • Troubleshoot processes and equipment; support 8D/problem resolution.
  • Manage process FMEA documentation and production measurables.
