Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Baltimore is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems and perform tire maintenance in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
