Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Maintenance Technician. This entry-level role supports a fantastic service team with full and part-time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts, and a pay range of $14.37–$22.45 per hour.

As part of our automotive service team, you will learn to diagnose and repair basic vehicle systems, perform routine maintenance, and assist with tire-related services.

Formación

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
