Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our automotive service team. You will help diagnose and repair basic vehicle systems and assist with routine maintenance across our service bays.

Starting pay range is $16.64 to $25.99 per hour, with full and part-time benefits from day one, including discount programs and ongoing training. You will work with a supportive team focused on safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
