HIROTEC Manufacturing America in Fayetteville, Tennessee, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a climate-controlled automotive production environment.

The role requires diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, implementing preventive maintenance, and utilizing CAD/CAM tools to optimize setups. You will organize parts, document maintenance activities, and collaborate with lean production initiatives. Strong hands-on experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faulty machinery.
• Install new production equipment.
• Create and implement maintenance SOPs based on machine knowledge.
• Perform mechanical repairs and replace defective parts.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and similar tools.
• Work with CAD/CAM software for design/adjustments.
• Maintain equipment, parts, and supply inventories.
• Prepare maintenance reports and data entries.
• Organize safe maintenance practices and schedule breakdowns.
• Execute Planned Preventive Maintenance processes.
• Prioritize and complete daily work orders.
• Contribute to 5S, Lean, Safety, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Environmental standards.
• Support other duties as needed.
