Napleton Nissan in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to perform repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards. You will diagnose issues, communicate findings, and ensure customer trust through quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized work area.

Located atLexus of Milwaukee, theAutomotive Service Technicianwill be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.
