Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is an entry-level position where you will be an essential part of a team servicing vehicles. START investing in your career as a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care! Benefits are available from day one, including tool program discounts. Pay Range: $15.36 - $23.04.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and maintain tires.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to ensure quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver’s license at all times; ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
