Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is an entry-level position where you will be an integral part of a team servicing vehicles. START investing in your career as a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care! Benefits start from day one, including a tool program and discounts.

Pay Range: $12.80 - $19.20

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and maintain tires.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Automotive service experience preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
