Job summary

Cox Automotive USA is seeking an Auto Maintenance Technician II to perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles in a hands-on shop environment. The role includes the potential for a $1,500 New Hire Tool Bonus and competitive hourly pay based on location, knowledge, and experience.

You will work on light-to-mid level maintenance tasks, gain skills through hands-on practice, and contribute to a team focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: high school diploma or GED.
• Current ASE certifications: G1, A4, A5 as required by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform auto maintenance duties, including oil and filter changes.
• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems and components.
• Inspect brakes, tires, steering and suspension as part of routine service.
• Test and recharge electrical systems and perform battery maintenance.
• Comply with safety procedures and company policies.
