Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care in Oak Ridge, TN. You will join a team servicing vehicles and supporting growth through hands-on maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include diagnosing basic automotive systems, performing oil changes, tire maintenance, and light electrical work. A valid driver's license and basic reading/writing/math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
