Avis Budget Group is hiring an entry-level Automotive Technician to perform preventive maintenance on our fleet and keep vehicles safe and reliable for customers. You’ll handle oil changes, fluid services, tires, and basic repairs with on-the-job training and ASE certification support.

This on-site role in Norfolk, VA requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and shift flexibility. Pay is $18.00/hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience or training in automotive maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a loud shop.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance such as oil changes, fluids, tires, and basic repairs.
• Work on a diverse fleet of newer vehicles across brands.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Support senior technicians as skills grow.
