Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an on-site maintenance technician to service a fleet of newer vehicles. You will perform preventive maintenance such as oil changes, fluid services, tire changes, and basic repairs in a busy shop, following safety and quality standards.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work all shifts. We provide on-the-job training, benefits, and opportunities for ASE certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 6 months auto maintenance experience or completion of an automotive program is a bonus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on a fleet of vehicles, including oil changes, fluid services, tire changes/rotations, and basic repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards; assist senior technicians as needed.
• Work on a diverse fleet across manufacturers to keep vehicles safe and on the road.
