Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Lawton, OK is seeking an entry- to mid-level automotive technician to perform routine maintenance and inspections in a fast-paced shop. You will handle oil and filter changes, tire rotations, battery testing, fluid tops, and multi-point checks, documenting findings and noting recommended services for service advisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil and filter changes and tire rotations.
• Battery testing and replacement; fluid inspections and top-offs.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and safety checks.
• Document inspection results and recommended services clearly for service advisors.
• Ensure all work aligns with dealership/manufacturer standards.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe; follow safety procedures and company policies.
