Job summary

All Tune San Antonio-6178 is seeking an entry-level Automotive Lube & Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance like oil changes and fluid checks. You will work in a team-focused shop, learn on the job, and gain hands-on experience while delivering quality service.

We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to earn certifications (ASE, EPA 609). The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM with no weekends required, and you can grow into higher-level technician

Qualifications

• Motivation for cars and quality service.
• Willingness to pursue training and certifications (ASE, EPA 609).
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Texas driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and tire services.
• Perform digital vehicle inspections for maintenance and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Follow all company policies and safety standards.
• Communicate service needs with teammates and management.
• Support shop operations and ensure timely completion of services.
• Be available during scheduled hours, including occasional Saturdays.

Position Overview

As an Automotive Lube & Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and filter replacements. You’ll also help keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering quality work and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and tire services
• Perform digital vehicle inspections for potential maintenance and safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Communicate effectively with teammates and management about service needs
• Support overall shop operations and help ensure timely completion of services
• Be available during scheduled operating hours, including occasional Saturdays

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• No Weekends Required

Qualifications

• Preferred: 6 months of experience in an automotive repair or service environment (not required)
• Passion for cars and commitment to quality service
• Willingness to pursue additional training and certifications (ASE, EPA Section 609, etc.)
• Basic set of hand tools and eagerness to expand your tool collection
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, positive, and able to follow directions
• Reliable transportation to and from work
