Job summary

All Tune San Antonio-6178 is seeking an entry-level Automotive Lube & Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform routine maintenance like oil changes and fluid checks while learning to conduct digital inspections and grow within our shop environment.

We offer hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to earn certifications, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM and occasional Saturdays. A valid Texas driver's license is required and you must be 18+.

Qualifications

• 6 months of automotive repair or service experience preferred
• Passion for cars and commitment to quality service
• Willingness to pursue additional training and certifications (ASE, EPA Section 609, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Texas driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and tire services
• Perform digital vehicle inspections for maintenance and safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and procedures
• Communicate effectively with teammates and management about service needs
• Support overall shop operations and help ensure timely completion of services
• Be available during scheduled operating hours, including occasional Saturdays
