Job summary

Walser Automotive Group is seeking an on-site Lot Attendant to support the sales and service teams across Minnesota locations. You will keep the lot organized, move and park vehicles, ensure proper pricing, and coordinate vehicle flow to service and trades.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with delivery of sold vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, orderly lot appearance.
• Stock vehicles arriving for the first time.
• Ensure vehicles reach service center for safety checks.
• Park, rearrange, and move vehicles on the lot.
• Ensure vehicles are priced and stickered correctly.
• Confirm vehicles on lot have inspection reports.
• Clean, detail, and gas up vehicles.
• Facilitate dealer trades within the metro area.
• Utilize Truvideo/Estimate Tool and Key Track Report.
• Assist in data entry of vehicles into the DMS.
• Support Inventory Manager with tasks as needed.
• Wear safety eyewear in dealership service areas and proper footwear.
