Job summary

Shults Ford Wheeling is looking for a reliable Lot Support Associate to help keep the dealership lot neat and presentable. You will prepare vehicles for display and delivery, move vehicles safely, and support both sales and service teams on a fast-paced lot.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and a dependable team player mindset. Full-Time and Part-Time options are available in person at the Wheeling location.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmissions (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot.
• Wash, detail, and prepare vehicles for display and customer delivery.
• Safely move vehicles throughout the lot, showroom, and service areas.
• Assist with vehicle inventory organization and lot placement.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled, charged (EVs), and ready for test drives.
• Support service department by transporting vehicles as needed.
• Monitor lot condition, signage, and overall presentation.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with general dealership operational needs.
