Shults Ford in Wheeling, WV is seeking a reliable Lot Support Associate to keep our lot clean, organized, and ready for customers. You will wash, detail, move vehicles, and support both Sales and Service teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors in varying weather. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement in a stable dealership team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot.
• Wash, detail, and prepare vehicles for display and delivery.
• Safely move vehicles throughout the lot, showroom, and service areas.
• Assist with vehicle inventory organization and lot placement.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled, charged (EVs), and ready for test drives.
• Support service department by transporting vehicles as needed.
• Monitor lot condition, signage, and overall presentation.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with general dealership operational needs.
