Shults Ford Wheeling is seeking a reliable Lot Support Associate to help maintain a professional dealership appearance and prep vehicles for customers on our Wheeling lot. This hands-on role supports Sales and Service, requiring attention to detail and safe driving practices.

You will work outdoors, move vehicles around the lot, and assist with inventory and daily operations. Training is provided, and the position offers Full-Time or Part-Time hours in a team-oriented dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmissions (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot.
• Wash, detail, and prepare vehicles for display and customer delivery.
• Safely move vehicles throughout the lot, showroom, and service areas.
• Assist with vehicle inventory organization and lot placement.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled, charged (EVs), and ready for test drives.
• Support service department by transporting vehicles as needed.
• Monitor lot condition, signage, and overall presentation.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with general dealership operational needs.

Position Summary
