Job summary

Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to maintain the appearance and organization of the vehicle lot, assist with vehicle movements, and support daily dealership operations.

You will wash and detail vehicles for customer deliveries, ensure clean display, and help with check-in, deliveries, and transfers. A valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in all weather are required; background check included.

Position Overview:

As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle lot, assisting with vehicle movements, and supporting daily dealership operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is highly organized, and takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and detail vehicles for customer deliveries
• Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly staged for display
• Move and park vehicles safely on the lot and in service areas
• Assist with vehicle check-in, delivery, and transfers
• Monitor the lot for cleanliness and report any issues
• Organize and maintain dealership lot and vehicle inventory

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive automatic vehicles (manual is a plus, but not required)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow directions
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
