Toyota of Tacoma is offering a full-time entry-level role designed to build foundational automotive skills with hands-on training. No prior automotive experience is required, and we provide the support you need to succeed while starting a rewarding career.

You’ll join one of the region’s leading automotive groups, work with a supportive team, and have opportunities to grow into technician, advisor, or other dealership roles as you develop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related training/experience.
• Clear and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to multi-task and follow directions.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission.
• Willing to submit to background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Move and park customer vehicles safely.
• Keep the service lot clean and organized.
• Prepare customer vehicles for delivery by completing final cleaning and quality checks.
• Provide shuttle support for customers when needed.
• Assist the service team with day to day operations.
• Help keep workflow moving efficiently.
