Toyota of Tacoma in Tacoma, WA is seeking motivated individuals for a full-time role that starts with paid, hands-on training and focuses on building valuable skills in the automotive industry. No automotive experience is required and you’ll join a supportive team focused on success.

In this role you’ll move and park customer vehicles, keep the service lot organized, prep vehicles for delivery, provide shuttle support, and assist the service team to maintain smooth workflows while you grow into

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Clear and valid driver's license.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission.
• Ability to work with little to no direction.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Move and park customer vehicles safely.
• Keep the service lot clean and organized.
• Prepare customer vehicles for delivery by completing final cleaning and quality checks.
• Provide shuttle support for customers when needed.
• Assist the service team with day-to-day operations.
• Help keep workflow moving efficiently.
