Job summary

CarShop Glen Mills, part of Penske Automotive Group, is hiring for a hands-on Automotive Lot Attendant to keep our vehicle inventory clean and ready for customer showings. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with a focus on teamwork and dependable performance.

You will maintain a presentable lot, organize inventory, and assist with vehicle movement and prep for delivery in an outdoor setting. A positive, proactive attitude and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and ready to work.
• Strong attention to detail in keeping the lot clean and organized.
• Able to communicate effectively with teammates and customers.
• Able to work independently and take initiative when needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean vehicle inventory to maintain a professional appearance.
• Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and presentable.
• Organize and reposition vehicles throughout the lot as needed.
• Fill open spaces in vehicle lines with appropriate inventory.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery.
• Drive vehicles to the gas station for fueling as needed.
• Assist with moving vehicles around the dealership.
• Maintain wash equipment, pressure washers, and other tools.
• Help ensure vehicles and the lot are ready to make a great first impression.

What You’ll Do
