Job summary

You will collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize freight and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities include KPI tracking, mode optimization, and compliance with hazmat, EDI, and TMS requirements, while supporting budgeting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field; or equivalent education/experience.
• 1–3 years of logistics or supply chain experience in automotive manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Understanding of incoterms 2020.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound freight from domestic and international suppliers to production schedules.
• Manage outbound shipping documentation, carrier dispatching, and 3PL coordination.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to manage dock scheduling and material flow.
• Track logistics KPIs (OTIF, freight cost per unit) and pursue cost reductions through mode optimization.
