Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive finance or title management is a plus.
• Familiarity with loan processing procedures and title regulations.

Responsibilities

• Loan Processing: Prepare and process loan applications with accuracy and compliance.
• Title Management: Handle title applications and coordinate with state agencies.
• Guest Interaction: Explain financing options and support guests through the process.
• Compliance: Ensure paperwork meets regulations and privacy and disclosures.
• Documentation: Maintain records and reconcile loan/title transactions.
• Collaboration: Work with sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
