Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in Operational Excellence in automotive manufacturing.
• Ability to travel domestically by car or plane.
• Three years’ experience supervising employees.
• Experience in welding and metal fabrication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Office).
• Proficient in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of continuous improvement at the site assigned (40%).
• Lead training and improvement activities.
• Plan and track continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements for Eberspaecher operations.
• Support Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
